Citizens Advice Edinburgh runs five main CAB offices in the capital. You can find your nearest office by using our bureau finder.
We also run 15 specialist outreach points. The contact, location and opening times for all our offices and services are posted here.
You need an appointment to visit our Portobello, Gorgie/Dalry and Dundas St offices for advice. You can make an appointment in person or by calling their appointment phone line.
Our Pilton and Leith offices offer a drop-in service (no appointment needed). Please note that our offices are very busy and you may need to wait to be seen by an adviser.
You can also contact Citizens Advice Direct for advice by telephone on 0844 848 9600 (Monday to Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 10am-2pm). Citizens Advice Direct are a separate charity but are part of the CAB Service in Scotland.
