Do You Need Immediate Advice?
If you need immediate advice then you can telephone one of our offices during opening hours. Please note that we receive a very large number of calls and lines are often busy.
Alternatively, you can call Citizens Advice Direct on 0844 848 9600 (Mon – Fri 9am-8pm, Sat 10am-2pm). Citizens Advice Direct is a separate charity and part of the CAB service in Scotland. It provides free, confidential, impartial and independent telephone advice.
